Never got my order from Lock and Load

So in like September I had made an order for Lock and Loads Labs and they had emailed me like a week later telling me that I didn’t spend the minimum quantity to make a redo order I asked them how I would do that and they didn’t explain it to me. They told me that if I didn’t that I’d be refunded my money in a month. So I made a new order and I cancelled the other one. They never gave me a refund for the old order I cancelled and I paid my new order in full and it was never shipped out to me. So basically I spent 170 dollars and sent them more than 7 emails and they never got back to me. Has anyone else had this issue with them? If not some advice at least would be cool.

Strange for a first post.

The above doesn’t sound like Lock and Load practice at all. I’m assuming you likely ordered from a scam email or scam website. We have multiple posts regarding avoidance of this if that is the case.

If you could go to their source page and verify you in fact emailed their official emails. If the emails match, please send proof of the transactions described to the mods with the chain included.

I'm kind of confused as to how people even gain access to the fake email addresses. The genuine email is right in the source of page.
