minimal primobolan dosage for effects?

thinking about adding primo to my test/npp bulk coming up. but only running 100-200 mg of it a week

I doubt you will notice primo at that dosage, but that doesn't mean it won't yield a little additional muscle at the end of your bulk. I don't notice primo at all tbh. When I stop it I am just ever-so-slightly, visually, less "popping", and I presumably gained a few lbs muscle extra than without it.

At 600 test e and 600 primo, I notice a little bit of a dryer, more polished look than if I was just on test. Weights go up just a little bit smoother, and mood is great.

I make it sound kinda underwhelming, but it’s actually my favourite compound. If I had to sum it up in a word, I’d say “consistent”.

Depends a lot on how much test, and how one aromatizes. For example I run primo on my trt, and 2:1 test to primo will nuke my e2. 150:75 put me at 7. Meanwhile 300 test, and 500 primo in not a problem for me.

only going to run 200mg test bc i convert to estrogen heavily & 200-300mg npp.

300-400mg you should see some magic but it's a long term use is where it truly happens. The "usual" protocol is to run primo higher than test and some have even reported that primo keeps their e2 in check as well but that is on a case by case basis.

I don't think pharma primo comes in 10ml vials. Seems to be 1mL amps only. That's the only reason. I would prefer to use pharma grade

I generally would like to be at like 1mg/lb for my trt, but I can't get away with that much test without e2 issues. With test + primo I can get there, keep my e2 perfect, and all blood markers are perfect. Just took me a little bit to get it dialed in.

I am not sure why the general tone, when people discuss primo(and mast) is that it is somehow inherently weak. Studies have shown ALL AAS accrete protein at a similar rate. There are other unique qualities like some are better for force production, tren's interaction with the glucocorticoid receptor, etc.. But as far as putting on tissue, when the dust has settled, they all do so in a similar fashion. Primo just does so in a fairly benign way, with minimal side effects, so people tend to think it isn't as "strong".

I think people would need a lot less ancillaries, and have a lot less side effects, with similar results, if they designed their cycles more intelligently.. And this comes from someone who sells ancillaries... lol

I ran 300T / 200 Primo over the summer and it was fucking great. Looked good the while time, 0 side effects, 0 AI. Doubt you'll "notice" 100 Primo / week... but it will do its thing, just 100mg/week worth..
