I haven’t tried it personally but if you check out r/peptides, there’s quite a few posts about people combining them and seeing improved results. Most add Cagri when they hit a plateau with Tirz. I’ve been on Reta since K4L added it and I’ve had great results at 10mg/wk but I’ll probably pick up a kit of Cagri just in case I stall.Interesting read... I am not sure of how safe but seems effective depending on your goals. The combo was very effective reducing weight and Tirzepatide alone I have seen people drop weight quick, really fast. And I use it periodically, it works better than Sema - I need to try Reta.

Appreciate the info brother! I'm definitely going check more information on this and hope to grab some Cagri soon. Tirzepatide has worked great. I just need more balance. It's hard to eat on Tirzepatide when I'm using it. I bonk out, exhausted.
I’ve been stacking the two for the last couple months. I was up to 10mg tirz at one point and added the Reta at 4mg and was able to reduce the tirz down to 5mg right away. With Reta you can feel the burn, I think it’s the elevated RHR. The appetite suppression isn’t nearly as strong this way which I want, because I lost too much weight too fast. Went from 212 to 165 in 6 months and now I’m trying to build back, so this 5/4 combo is the best for me… took me a year to dial it in though so everyone’s experience will differ completely

Try the Vitamin B injections, only thing that really made a difference in my sluggishness from the GLP1
Also excited for the Cagri element. Won’t stack all 3 but will likely do a Cagri / Tirz stack to start as soon as Kits releases it
But have heard the appetite suppression on Cagri is super intense, so starting really low like .5mg
Reconstitute with 100units of BAC water, 10 units = 500iu
