You received a full refund, and I even confirmed with you the refund BTC address before processing the refund. The transaction ID is in our email thread. You are almost certainly misunderstanding something, or just very unfamiliar with cryptocurrency as you alluded to.I was having a difficult time ordering bitcoin just cause I’m not that good at it it’s all Lee to me and I placed an order for $198 and the original price for the order was $130. So I asked him for my $$ back cause I’m not spending $69 more just for using bitcoin. So he tells me he will send the $$ back. I got the link and after days of trying to figure out how to figure out how to use it or at least transfer it into cash app I find out th bitcoin link was worth 0$ he totally fucked me over and sent me some bs bitcoin link. This dude. Is shisty AF so just beware before u do business with him.
If you perhaps provided an incorrect BTC address for your refund, then that is completely outside of my control. I’m sure you genuinely feel like you were cheated and that you aren’t going out of your way to spread lies - but keep in mind I am almost 100% certain there has been no error on our end. If there was, I’d go above and beyond to correct it.
Please keep in mind that any blockchain/network fees associated with sending a payment is also out of our control.
