Many people speculate (likely based on anecdote) that higher dimer hgh results in more side effects (water retention, etc) than lower dimer hgh. The results as far as anabolism/fatloss/igf etc should be completely the same.

I think it's worth noting that the pharmaceutical industries upper limit for HGH dimer is about ~4% (according to Janoshik)

I don't think it has ever been elucidated in a controlled scientific environment, so we are really just going off peoples experiences here. (Which admittedly is far better than nothing)
