Question - should the unconstituted powder go in the fridge? I mean Im assuming it was sitting on a shelf somewhere, I get conflicting answers what to do with the free powder

Most likely a security feature from Cloudflare, our CDN. It's updated constantly so that may be why it's a new phenomenon for you

It doesn't hurt to store it refrigerated unconstituted, but a cool/dark area is more than sufficient.

Reconstituted, it must be refrigerated of course.

Sorry for the delay. IM gives quicker peak concentration levels and higher localized IGF levels vs systemic. Also read a study IM has more bioavailability. Seems bro science-ish, but works for me. I feel my muscles are fuller with IM injections and usually inject the muscle I’m working (and/worked) for the day. I avoid pinning chest and legs though. Favorite sites are traps and lats and rear delts. Pinned biceps for the first time this week, will def remain in my rotation going forward.

So if I get the Supreme kit, eat bottle has ~29-30 IU right? So if i put 1ml of BAC water in there, and draw up .1ml in a slin pin, thats like 2.9 IU?

That is correct. Although to my knowledge most people have been reconstituting these with 3ml. If anyone here has had success with just 1ml, feel free to chime in here
