For sure dude. Fuck Bitcoin as an actual way of doing business. It may be a decent investment (maybe) but for sending money it straight up sucks.

can someone tell me if we can email KfL direct for orders? or are orders solely entered via the website?

They will get back to you. Their team usually sends back a response pretty quick (24 hours longest I've waited). For me, I'd use the website out of convenience but everyone's different. I've never had an issue. However, I'm sure they will take an order by email. The customer service is money.
He obviously prefers us using the website but on the off chance of a problem email is accepted
