HRT for post-menopausal women & anavar causing skin breakout?

two for one:

1. got a client that had her ovaries removed long ago and has received estrogen cream eversince, continuing usage after her menopause. knowing that testosterone cream absorption can be shitty and irregular, I’ve been wondering if there’s such a thing as estrogen injections for this purpose and if they’re superior for the desired & stable levels?
2. idk if it was legit but she claimed having taken 10mg of anavar a day in the past and gotten skin breakouts pretty badly, which I’ve not seen in clients personally but can’t discount, any ideas for how to migitate that?
