Depends how much HCG is in a vial. I get 2500iu vials so I add 1ML of Bac Water so it becomes 250iu/0.1ml. If you have 5000iu vials you can add 2ML to make it 5000iu/2ml -> 2500/1ml -> 250iu/0.1ml
