I have developed early grade 1 gyno puffy nips. Its really obnoxious, my only e2 side sometimes my nips are super super tight and other times relaxed and some minor noticable puffiness to myself. This has kept me using arimidex on a cruise with 150 cyp even though there are no other sides, and tried to use finasteride and got aggravated nips.

I think the long term solution is getting tissue removed and glands removed to prevent futher issues and complications. I would like to cruise with no ai and use minimal on cycle..

Anyone have experience with getting surgery on minor gyno? Its not like i have a noticeable issue at this time but i have used arimidex consistently and nolvadex multiple times in 12 months which is not preferred.

Assuming it would be cheaper based off severity

i haven’t gotten mine but I did get consultations done and it was around $4k without anesthetic. Mine is minor, puffy nip, even when I’m lean you can’t rlly see it. Most visible when blasting aromatizing stuff.

I’d tell you to just call around, search online, browse reddit (that’s where I found the places in my area).

I wouldn’t want that shit to be too cheap or at a hole in the wall plastic surgery place. You gotta think about they are cutting into your body.

I agree i want a reputable place. I would just assume price is also reflected based off severity. Its only rly noticable if nips are relaxed or i do something to aggravate it. I just dont like the feeling of sitting lower estrogen (20s) id rather be higher for the gains and QOL. Using nolva also feels like a drag when required

I plan to get mine done sometime after this summer also. 4K is what I’m seeing is an average price as well.

I think possibly trying to find a surgeon who has some experience in removing male gyno while being on the same page you want the glad removed without leaving an indent is important.

My wife had a breast augmentation about 8-9 years ago now I forget, but we had to have several consultations with different surgeons because they kept wanting to go bigger than what she was asking for. We are glad we shopped around because, we have a few friends that looked on google for the highest reviews in our area, and either payed way more, had to get them redone due to complications with the bags, or were upset the surgeon didn’t give them what they discussed in the meetings. I take all this into consideration now that im looking for a guy to remove my gyno. Nobody’s ever said they noticed it, or my wife, but for my own personal reasons I’d like to not be able to feel a piece of rubbery flesh in there at all.

I have a close friend that had to have it done. He had to wear a tight vest for some time after the surgery while not lifting for a bit also. Said it wasn’t too bad of a surgery though.

Yeah that seems tricky. My nip just looks a bit more puffy when in a relaxed state i dont like it and dont want it to get worse. Maybe we should look for surgeon who has experience with body bullder needs/wants of gyno removal

No homo can you post pic of the gyno? Always curious to see what somebody considers gyno vs what I think it is if that makes sense

I've literally thought I had gyno when it turns out I just was carrying extra fat in the area...perhaps I am paranoid from being fat as a kid
