GH year round

Out of curiosity who all here takes GH year round and if you do what’s your daily protocol?

If anyone started from a different place than ED, what did you see differently when you went to year round approach?

It's not uncommon. Under 6iu, all pm year round. Right now I'm at 5iu. If I go over 6iu, the amount over 6 is taken first thing in the morning.

Otherwise, go for it. Recovery, repair, growth.

ED, definitely as I neared 10 iu daily I'd see a little bit more definition. Again must pair with good anabolic stack, training, food, recovery, etc. Bouncing around the 10 iu to see how it affects water , dryness etc. Done the whole am, pre,post and bed and finally settled on all bed. Most all cts that I was having disappeared and if I were tired during the day that disappeared as well.

More or less year round for me. I do every other day administration, and will periodically take a few week break here and there. Dose is usually 5-6 IU EOD. Just keeps me leaner and the low dose/eod admin doesn't impact insulin sensitivity.
