@Colonial-Labs I just counted posts mentioning vials with floaters on Meso and worded it carefully to reflect no more than that - here’s the post ID’s in that thread so you can address the customers individually and call them out if you’d like:
#1 is the OP that mentions 4 vials in total, #16 mentions 2 vials, #24 mentions 1 vial, #29 mentions 1 vial, that’s it so far.

My concern is not so much the filter issue than whoever is responsible for checking your vials for floaters before sending them to customers possibly (if claims are true of course) missing a minimum of 8 vials with floaters.

@EnhancedGrappler I tried to reflect this by calling these posts/posters to reflect some of them being just claims until proof is posted, if that didn’t come through properly I hope this response clarifies it.

I’m not involved in the US scene at all, I just wanted my concern adressed how a one could potentially (again, only if true) miss not just the 4 vials the OP mentioned but possibly more when checking them visually for floaters.

@Liska The OP is referring to the vials which initially prompted the upgrade months ago. Those were 2 vials. He then sent picture of 1 vial after the inspection (the NPP 200), which is what prompted the current thread.

The other posts you mentioned are all picture less, without a time frame, without batch numbers. So if we’re counting vials which were in circulation months ago before this was discovered in November, it is very possible. The inspection happened after that, and you are absolutely right the person who inspected missed a vial or the OP wouldn’t have gotten the vial they got.

Nothing misses inspection in the vials brewed after the upgrade. But you are absolutely right the inspection of the ones from the batch prior to November wasn’t up to standards if even 1 was missed. I am not denying that at all.

I think it’s important to have the time line here and what I did initially to address this… or things get jumbled.

@Colonial-Labs Correct me if I’m wrong please: OP mentions 1 vial of Primo with floaters from his first order, 1 vial of NPP with floaters from his 2nd order, and 2 more vials with floaters from his third order, of which he hasn’t checked all vials yet.

I agree about the proof and timeline aspect, hopefully those are provided by said posters as I do understand that (fake) customers making false claims in order to sabotage a sources reputation is something that exists in this business as well.

I used a flashlight to check mine. Clean. Only got vials from this year. The batches are C135 and one is kinda harder to read but looks like C137.

I’ll just say I’ve never had any problems and seen killer results. Looks like an older honest mistake and maybe it woulda been best to just throw those older batches insted of reinspecting and I’m glad you did that now,

@Liska I just re-read the post. So yes it looks like 2 identical older batch NPP vials OP is saying are effected. I only received picture of one, but I’ll take his word for it on that.

Regardless, yes my previous comment stands. The initial inspection of the older batch looks like it wasn’t up to par. We’ve trashed the few remaining vials for that batch, and we do black light inspection of any batches after November. In hindsight like the previous person said, I should have inspected those vials myself or discarded them to prevent any sort of error.

No problem, I appreciate the clarification. I still don’t understand what you mean about thinking that you were speaking too harshly for SST though. To the best of my knowledge you have never been censored here before and assuming you don’t just devolve into unproductive flaming you’re not going to be censored any time soon. I think it’s clear between @09370z showing evidence of a problem and @Colonial-Labs explicitly admitting this was a problem with a particular batch range that a problem did indeed occur. I do hope that any claims of the same issue presenting itself outside of the acknowledged lots can be substantiated with some evidence, regardless of where that customer chooses to make their posts.

Does that sound like a fair assessment of the situation on my part?

This explains the painful lumps in my ass I’ve been dealing with the past few months. I was thinking I wasn’t heating the vial up long enough. You could of told me you didn’t filter and I would of slapped one on and did it myself mate. The text on the labels is gone from heating up in water numerous times but this order was from mid november. I still haven’t used the tren and wondering if I should run it thru a filter as well. Update: I found an old unopened filter and finished filtering and took my 1cc shot. Will update in 2-3 days if I get another painful lump.

@mindless Did you bother reading the whole thread? The gear is filtered. There are a host of factors that can cause PIP. Are you injecting high concentration?

@mikeeightfour I’ve been on gear for over 5 years and used to use my own oils. I’m well aware. And no, the gear is not filtered if there is a dot floating around in the oil. It’s filtered when there is nothing visible in the oil other than air bubbles. After heating that is,

@mindless A filter fiber in the OP’s gear means the gear was filtered. Of course I wouldn’t inject it if there was a filter fiber in it. Obviously the situation was remedied. You’re saying the gear you’re injecting is causing you PIP because it is unfiltered gear. Making wild accusations.

@mindless All gear is filtered through 4 layers of polycap filters. The last 3 layers being 0.2um. I’ve addressed OP in an earlier statement in this thread. You’re out of your mind if you think we’ve been selling unfiltered gear.

@mindless hey man, just to clarify the floaters in the vials definitely look like strands from a filter to me. I don’t believe they were anything else. As someone else mentioned, I personally wouldn’t pin it but, @Colonial-Labs did address this earlier in this thread and before in his own, I was just unlucky enough to get the bad batches.

I recently received a vial of test from Colonial that had a floater in it. It was very hard to find, especially in GSO. It does seem to be a filter fiber. I emailed colonial and he apologized and there was a new vial in my mailbox 2 days later. Colonial is a great source IMO and have always had good experience with them and they’re customer service, I’ve tested several vials with roidtest kits and they have all been accurately dosed. Minimal PIP. The floater issue is a bit alarming, however. To be honest, I want to be a loyal customer to Colonial, but lately I have received some products that I have some quality control issues with. The vial of Test C batch C219 was the one that had a floater. Also, a vial from C219 that was not a full 20ml. Pinning 1.1ml twice a week (to account for what’s lost in the needle) it lasted me 8 weeks. so, somewhere around 17.6ml. I also received a bag of anavar which only had 28 capsules. Not that I’m that cheap, but it’s more about the principle, you know? Honestly, with the customer service, the properly dosed gear, the fast shipping, if Colonial could fix some of these quality control issues, they would hands down be the source of a lifetime. I have no intention of bad mouthing Colonial, and I will still continue to use them exclusively. I just want to share my honest experience in the short time I have used them.

@LightningLeg did you take pics of the vial/floater? Not to be a dick but pics are important … for all we all know you could be full of shit…not saying you are. Guys have done it… and colonial has had a few floaters in the past. It happens and obviously we rather it not but it does… colonial was good to replace a vial asap…
They are a good source and a fairly big source…
Thanks for letting us know… and if you habe pics post them up…

@Forthewin1123 @Colonial-Labs

I totally get it, thank you for the accountability.
these pics got a little compressed but here they are.

after emailing Colonial, he asked if I was sure it was inside of the vial, it definitely was, floating around in there. It was very hard to see, but I’m glad I caught it. He said it looked like a filter fiber, he said they recently upgraded filters, but this batch should’ve been inspected. Apologized, and sent me a new vial like previously mentioned. (which I was blown away by the rapid response and willingness to replace it for free. He did seem concerned about the issue.) and just to clarify everything… This was at the end of June 2021. The vial with the floater was from batch C219, which I had no issues with other vials from the same batch. Since then, I have received vials from batch C311, no issues.

@LightningLeg there’s 20ml in the vials. I was a little sus at first since theyre not filled to the brim and I counted the ml using the same manner as you as I used the vial, but then I pulled an unopened vial into two 10ml syringes and the full 20ml is there. I likely didnt count oil in the needles / miscalculated or oil was lost in syringes/the sides of the vial. Whatever it was, but there are 20ml in there. Order some 10ml syringes and check for yourself though.

@trenreptile9 For sure, I understand what your saying. I wasn’t expecting them to be full to the brim. The only reason I brought it up is because, out of 3 vials I had one that contained significantly less oil. Again, it’s not really that big of a deal. I’m really not upset at all about 2ml or so. The only reason it was even a thought to me was, what reason would there be as to why the amount of oil would differ so much from vial to vial? Maybe it was the end of the batch and that’s all that was left, I have no idea.

@LightningLeg that looks like it’s on the outside of the bottle my guy. How did you take 3 pics but the floater literally didn’t move at all? You can use the dirty finger print as a marker to prove it didn’t move in 3 separate pictures.
