What fitness apps does SST use? In or put of the gym! I use my fitness pal outside of the gym and while I’m working out just use Spotify.

i use a notebook and check off all my meals and whatever i have to pin/take with the date at the top. this has been really good for me to see and flip through at the end of whatever diet or bulk or cycle i have logged. then when you’ve been doing this for a long time and have multiple spirals/pocket notebooks you look at the collection and see every page is full you say FUCK I’m good lol.

I use My Fitness Pal for macros. Simple Workout Log for keeping track of lifts. And VLC player to play the albums at the gym I’ve downloaded. All simple and vlc works in the background so I can turn off my screen and put my phone away during lifts.

I only have a nutrition app called, “Cronometer”.

Not sure if it’s for Android, but it’s for iPhone. I find it more accurate than My Fitness Pal.

As for logging/tracking exercises… I just use my Notes app as my journal. Would be awesome to have an app that tracks/logs everything and shows progressions and well statistics and such.

I would pay good money for an app that shows workouts keeps macros and can do steps calories burned.

Simple Workout Log app for android will make graphs. The easiest app ive found and the most efficient. I have a phone that tracks my steps at work. You’d be surprised.

FitNotes for Android. The absolute best workout logging app I’ve ever seen and it’s 100% free

“Jefit” to keep track of lifts, reps, sets weights, program, my weight, body fat. You can keep progress pictures in it too, but I mostly don’t. Available for iphone and android. Don’t get the premium, not worth it. But free version is great.

Just got my program built in fitnotes. Liking it a lot… Only used to for 1 week now but it seems to be what I was looking for.

I have a Samsung Note 8. It’s my 2nd Note phone. S Note for it is awesome. I just use a template to write my daily lifting notes.

Same. Jefit is pretty much all that I need.

There’s another app called, “FitBod”… monthly subscription but apparently just out of this world amazing.

I use my Galaxy Note Edge - S Note App - to track my Lifts, it is perfect. Still can use a pen and write, but also copy and paste the workout routine beforehand, etc. And a bit of sweat doesn’t ruin the log like one out of paper.

Good way to track stuff like 10x10 - just use the pen and add a stroke. Kinda Old-School with a twist, I love it.

The rest gets tracked with Excel at home.
