Long time power lifter and have used many compounds mainly B/C test and a currently on TRT dose. Decided to retire from PL to chase a new sport in Muay Thai. I’m 32 y/o and was tired of the aches pains and injuries that come with PL as well as the lack of cardio/endurance. Recently decided to take the plunge and ordered 2 black tops kits from Opti. Planning on ramping up from 2iu -3.5iu spread out among 7ish weeks and run 3.5-4iu for a total 30 weeks. My goal is to increase lean-ness currently around 11-12%bf and really just quality of life improvements and injury recovery/aches and pains. Been monitoring BG fasted and after meals (diet is very consistent) usually at 90 fasted and never above 150 30min after a meal it also drops back to fasted level before the 2hr mark. Was going to ask for suggestions as far as times to pin. I usually wake up at 530am and am out for a run/sprint/bike by 6am and am eating a carbs breakfast around 7-720. From there on meals are spread 2-3hrs apart. I then usually have Muay Thai training at 7-8pm and try to be in bed by 1030-1100. Will be doing my best to split all doses into 2 shots. Have heard benefits of doing so before fasted cardio. So morning shot before my runs and then second shot before Muay Thai. Any suggestions on this timing? Anything to add or change?
