First cycle in a long time. Thoughts appreciated

30YO, 228lb 5'11

Did 3 cycles in my life, mostly mid 20s and most recent was back in 2020. Wanting to be as healthy/safe as possible but the normal grind just doesn't compare...

Thinking of doing Test E with Aromasin, Nolvadex, and something for liver health.
Dosage/regiment recommendations greatly appreciated and valued.

I would replace the aromasin with arimadex. But other than that if you prefer aromasin I would go with that, cause you know your body better than I do
