If I where you I would research the detection times of any AAS that gets recommended as some are still detectable for 6+ months.

So if you go on a 12 week cycle right now you will finish in June 2024. Well 6-18 months later is not August 2024. So I would do a lot of research before you risk losing a scholarship if you have one. Or risk a chance at losing track and field a career path if that’s a possibility for you.

I would do Cardarine and HGH for anything endurance related. I’ve heard MK-677 is an alternative to HGH and Tristan Thompson got popped for it. I’m not sure how long these are detectable.

As for undetectable steroids. You can do test prop for two months and add 20 pounds, mostly to your legs. Before my first cycle I could only run a mile, but was able to run seven after the cycle was over. Oral steroids are obviously less detectable, but so are the gains you make while on them.

You shouldn't do anything if you have a test in August. Maybe Cardarine. Someone else suggested prop which may work with a short ester, but I wouldn't risk a scholarship if I was you. Education is way more important. Unless you have amazing genetics and are going on circuit, focus on Education and your scholarship and a career, and keep BB as a hobby for health and well-being. Just my advice as someone who focused on financial freedom over everything. I'm not the most shredded guy or biggest. But I am quite happy with the outcome and path I took. Try to think long-term.
