Feeling deflated

Pumps in the gym aren’t at all what they used to be I used to walk around with a pump almost all day as of lately I feel flat or deflated does anyone know what this is from or how I can reverse it? Thanks in advance I’m just on a cruise of 175 mg test c a week currently next cycle to start mid April been off cycle for 7 months

Pre workout meal is usually oats and some sort of protein or pasta and chicken currently I’m maintaining till mid April
I’d switch oats and pasta out for white rice my man. Those are both a slow digesting carb.

I’d also suggest an intra but if you’re going for maintenance I wouldn’t add any additional cals.

I’ll switch it up to white rice and see what that does I mean I guess I’m comparing to when I was on cycle it’s been a while since so I just feel like I’m not what I used to be

Well that too obviously lol but I wasn’t factoring that into my advice because I figured that it was given

Lol I’m gettin ready to run 500 mg test E -w and 300 npp -w with 75 mg anavar ed it’s actually the same cycle iv always done I just don’t know what else to run what would u think about throwing masteron in there ?

You can use anything for anything but Anavar and NPP, to me, have differing goals. I’d drop any oral altogether. Masteron also typically for cutting and low low body fat.

Test NPP and primo if you can afford it. EQ may be a good option too assuming a bulk

If you’ve always done an oral your liver and GI can be overworked and/or screaming for a break. Orals are usually one of the first things to fuck your appetite.

Never messed with primo what would you say is a good dose a week on that
400-600mg. It’s a very easy add. No extreme sides etc. good clean gains but slow. Gotta run it for fairly long and it’s pricey at those doses. Could also be bad on the hair

Fast metabolizing breakfast: Rice pudding made with white sushi rice, milk and vanilla whey pro powder... I make ahead in big batches and eat cold with fruit on top .

went ahead and ate a nice size bowl of white rice pre workout with a bit of honey on it then a scoop of total war FUCK I was so hyped I didn’t know what to do needless to say it was a solid pump and from now on that will be my go to

In addition to carbs, sodium helps a lot too. I like to add 1-1.5g sea salt to my pre workout for pumps. There’s a good amount of evidence that sodium does a lot for performance. Definitely more so than none at all.

Another cost effective option for pumps is injectable l-carnitine. Very cheap to make (google)

why are you not having meat with your pre WO meal? Chicken?
