I hate coming on here with a source complaint, especially about one who has been around and provided such high quality products for the community for so long…
However, I placed an order with express back on February 27th. After 10 days I looked at the USPS tracking and saw the pack was at my local PO. Later that day I checked tracking again after I got home and had not received anything.
Suddenly the pack was out of town, and on it’s way to Chicago (5 states away) where it has been sitting ever since. I called USPS, was put on hold for over an hour only to be told that the pack was re-routed with an address change, something that they said could only be done my myself or the sender.
I contacted express customer support immediately letting them know the situation and was told this is a common issue (not sure how?) and that it would be re-routed back to me.
several days later the pack has not moved, and I seem to be out of my money on this one.
