ExpressPCT is currently very delayed on their domestic T/a with me Atleast. I place and had an order marked as completed since January 16th, their current t/a is 3-6 days for the domestic warehouse but I’m going into my 19th day with nothing. Communications with their support team has been slow or has stopped for me since this Sunday, I was told it was suppose to arrive the 1st of this month yet nothing has came in and also no updates with usps informed delivery. I have not been able to get an email back regarding my order since. Another user was able to get in their order within a 5 day t/a after place their order on the 19th so I’m not exactly sure what is going on.
