Do you stick the needle all the way in?

Lats are butter, positioning yourself to do it is a whole 'nother story.

It’s easy.
Stand next to a mirror so it’s on your right.
Grab your left shoulder with your right hand. This pulls your lat forward where it’s easier to pin.
Look in the mirror over your right shoulder and pin your right lat with your left hand.
There’s a nerve down the middle, so I always try to pin a little forward or back of the center.

Needles bend a lot before snapping. Its honestly hard to snap a needle. I saw one thread where a guys needle snapped, but that’s because he was reusing them, sanitizing them by putting them in boiling water between injections.
People never cease to amaze me. Needles are so cheap it’s more practical to buy them.
Seriously! Why go through all the trouble of boiling it to sanitize when it’s so cheap to buy a bunch in bulk. That, and the needle tip definitely is dulled, so sad.

Spend 500 on gear…reuse a .25 cent needle. Makes sense.

I switched from BD to Nipro about a year ago. They go in so much smoother everywhere. Makes quads a piece of cake rather than a painful gamble.
