And have you had any health issues because of it? I like longer cycles and currently have been following something like a 16 weeks blast 12 week cruise. I’ve been getting blood work and monitoring my health and everything seems great so far. Just curious if anyone does something similar?

I know several people who stay on all the time. They just move compounds around. Also know someone who’s been running tren for over 10-15 years straight. I’ll be on TRT forever but I’m considering it.

I’ve had people tell me that a lot of the reason why you have to come off is because the gaains will stop even if you switch around compounds because your androgen receptors are saturated and you need to let them go back to normal.

Test barely moves markers for some people, or not worse than people that eat crap all day.

A lot of the so called “rules” that have been regurgitated over and over through the years are becoming outdated. Hell as far as I know they still can’t prove a direct link between high cholesterol and heart disease. At 50, my cycles are low to moderate at best, being on no meds and a clean lifestyle I see no reason why it would be a problem.

That’s kind of what I’m thinking. I know time on = time off has been preached for so long, but if health markers and blood work come back great I don’t really know why I would continue to wait to blast again if I was ready. I have been running 16 weeks blast then I cruise for 12 weeks and it seems to be working great for me.

How long do you typically cruise before another blast?

It’s interesting that you posted this thread because I’ve been kicking this around for the last several days. I’m gonna follow through with it. There’s not too many things in life that I enjoy but this is one of them and I’ve got a good 10yrs. of steady run in me so…

None that I know of which obviously leads to the continuous run.

Somehow I screwed my post up. No issues in the ones I know running constantly.

It’s an older concept that still gets pushed today but is slowly losing ground, similar to the concept that guys used to swear by PCT and now the majority of users are cruising with better results overall than if they PCT’d. Give it a few more years and I wouldn’t be surprised if the general consensus becomes “blast 24/7 365” honestly. A lot of guys do it already and with the availability of blood work and doctors in most countries it’s fairly easy for users anywhere to blast forever and get check-ups done so they know if, for health reasons, they need to stop.

Personally getting closer to that idea myself as I currently blast 40-48 weeks of the year anyway. I’m overall healthier now than I was a few years back and the only side I really notice is testicle shrinkage and acne on my shoulders. Give your body a push if you’re curious and see how a longer blast period works for you. We’re all just guinea pigs with this stuff since there’s a lack of funded studies done on recreational usage so trial and error is all you can do.

Thanks man I appreciate the feedback. you blast for 40-48 weeks a year? How long have you been doing that and have you had any health issues?

Your body and bloods will tell you when it’s time to back off as well as go back on. Also, not all blasts should be balls to the wall blasts imo.

Long blast (12-20 weeks);
followed by a short cruise (4-6 weeks);
then a moderate blast (6-8 weeks);
then back to cruise (4-6+ weeks or until body is ready for lot of hormones);
repeat;

This is what I’ve been doing. I may catch some shit for this but I will also occasionally run SARMs on my cruises.

Your gear and your body. Treat and run it the way you choose to. It’s just that simple. Five years from now time off will be nonexistent. I’ll probably never run just 200mg test e/w again unless I just, well… feel like it.
