Well shit....I don't like having to write this, it makes me cringe honestly, but I've been sitting on this for over a month. I've tried to contact @DashPCT on every one of his forms of comms over a lost package. It's even a smaller order but it's the principle at this point. Usps in all their glory screwed up and just up and lost an international pack I ordered 12/6/22. Since this occurred I've exhausted every option minus this post to contact dashpct (dragon ordnance) and I think after a dozen attempts there was one response that didn't say much, just that he wasn't available because of an issue (I'll keep that issue private) and then nothing again at all. I'm in no way some needy and over zealous memeber of our community so it's not like I ordered and started asking wtf is my pack, what's tracking, did you get my payment, etc. All I need is some form of confirmation that my issue is known and hopefully can be resolved in a timely matter at this point. I'm beyond disappointed at this whole thing because I've never had something like this happen to me with any source on here, especially DO who I've known and been using for quite some time for some of my 'supplies' I just want this resolved.

I had a package that took 4 weeks to actually ship after paying only to have it seized by customs, out $1000 lmao.

@DashPCT I'm also curious what's going on with this. Commenting to up the post.

EDIT: they have been active elsewhere. Seems that sickness and lockdown has slowed the customer service but operations are still going.

I places an order about a month ago, sent payment (transferwise shows it was accepted) and nothing. Haven't received any confirmation they received it even though they did. My "order" on my account page just disappeared and now it shows I've never even ordered a thing.

Been trying to reach DO/Dash on their group chat if anyone is following my thread and was told last week for a DO order that a reship would update by end of week. Still no tracking details since ordering from DO in November.

Okay my second week in a row of being told reship details will appear or be sent to me, this on an order from November, that Ive been trying to organise the reship on since January. Still nothing.

Updating this to say parcel tracking has been received so the reship was sorted and I’ve rescued the parcel tracking number, it’s updating as of yesterday
