Just started my Oral cycle of:

50mg Var
40mg TBol
6 week
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Looking to cut some body fat and possibly gain muscle.
Diet

180g protein- chicken breast, ground turkey, tuna
60g carbs- mostly vegetables and fruits, occasional oatmeal
30g fats- fish oil, almonds, olive oil
BCAA every 2 hours from 10 am- 7pm(during work)

Stats
M 20
5’8
180 lbs
18%BF
Again looking to cut for these six Weeks. Any Tips? Am I eating too little? Any help much appreciated.

Yeah I have a tip for you, get some Test and stick a needle in your butt.

Actually, probably a better tip - drop this cycle completely. It will not give you the results you want. You would get much better (and sustainable) results by fixing your diet and training. You said nothing about training - are you lifting? What are your maxes?

Now to answer your question about the diet part:

You are eating way too little. That is 1200 calories. You also didn’t post your calorie count, so I am assuming you aren’t tracking that, which you need to do ASAP. You need to find your maintenance calories (do you even know what this is?) and then go from there.

IMO, take a few months to lift and learn how to eat properly, then you can come back here if you still are interested.

up fats to 50g, you need that for basic functioning

other than that you’re good.

don’t listen to the guy who says it’s too little. you’re motivated so just run with it.

147 lbs of LBM wouldn’t really require any AAS to preserve muscle on a cut. If you’re super paranoid, I guess you could use 10mg of Ostarine or something. TBol is really for bulking not cutting. It’s almost useless on a cut. Var is really, really, overhyped for cuts. It raises your TDEE by 200-300 kcals max. Probably not worth the suppression.

And then a PCT with a flat dose of 20 nolva for 4 weeks? That’s too little if you did shut yourself down, and far too much if you don’t.

If you don’t split dose the var, you shouldn’t even shut down. Var usually only drops you test levels by about 75% and they bounce back without PCT in about 3 weeks. Again, assuming you don’t split dose. Now uselessly stacking TBol, maybe you do shut down.

I’d suggest rethinking basically all of these compounds. If you really, really want to cut on orals, just use the Var solo. I doubt you’d need a PCT at all. But if you must run one, go 10/5 nolva. That’s it. You don’t need anywhere near 20 for 4 weeks.

That’s the only way I’ve personally used TBol. Though I have seen successful TBol-only bulks.

I’ve done oral cycles before. I think they get shit on by huge vets who don’t recall their former DYEL days. I think oral cycles are fine for normal guys. Yeah, they’re useless when you’re pushing 200lbs lean, but they’re great for guys still under their natural genetic limit.

There is a lot of information on the forum, simply use the search feature. But to give you a head start most people usually start with 250-500 test e a week. You will also need proper pct and estrogen support

Feel great. Been running Var for 1 week now. Just started tbol on 5/14. Getting killer pumps. Taking 1500 mg taurine a day. 1300 mg Milk thistle before I sleep. 10g of creatine. More defined shoulders and chest.

I did anavar cycle only. This is my 5th week and I don’t look like I take steroids lol.

I got depressed and I cum less. Gonna start my test e cycle soon. Don’t do it. You will lose your money
