Just started my Oral cycle of:

Nolva 20/20/20/20
Looking to cut some body fat and possibly gain muscle.
Diet
180g protein- chicken breast, ground turkey, tuna
60g carbs- mostly vegetables and fruits, occasional oatmeal
30g fats- fish oil, almonds, olive oil
BCAA every 2 hours from 10 am- 7pm(during work)

180 lbs

Again looking to cut for these six Weeks. Any Tips? Am I eating too little? Any help much appreciated.
