cruising test e 250mg/wk horrible acne on back

Whats the best way to address the back acne? Likely high estrogen right? low dose nolvadex? if so, whats the recommended dosage

Best thing to do would be to get bloods done so you can see where your estrogen is at.
Aside from that, why not try some light AI if you think you are experiencing high e2 sides?

Where should I go for bloods? I have exemestane on hand. You think 12.5mg eod is a good start? Its def high e2 got some gyno issues as well but the acne is just out of control @Azrael

Look up labs in your area. E2 is a slippery slope. If you tank it you'll not be happy.

Like victoryvalhalla said, you do not want to crash your e2. I would suggest you get bloods asap. I know there have been some great threads on how and where to get bloodwork done on this forum. Maybe try to find it via the search bar.
Also, how often do you inject? I do small shots every day with a insulin needle and that keeps my hormone levels from fluctuating pretty well.
Everyone is different so its hard to say. I am also on 250mg of test (400mg of deca too) a week and take 12.5mg of aromasin a week. Half on monday and half on thursday and that seems to work for me. You might want to look into getting some raloxifine (like nolva but better) if you are having gyno. I keep it on hand just for that very reason. But 100% you should get bloods done so you are not just shooting in the dark.
