Could you guys give me some advice on my blood work? I'd appreciate it

So I just got my post-blast blood work back. It is 3 pages long. I blasted for about 17 weeks on Test, NPP, EQ @ 750/500/600. I have been cruising at 250mg test E, and this blood work is from 4 weeks after my blast.

My liver enzymes are usually a little elevated, but never have they been this elevated. I have seen them in the high 60s, low 70s before. My training has been extremely intense, and I have thrown in more cardio, so I’m not sure if that could have anything to do with it?

My Hematocrit was 51 before my blast, I’m going to set up an appointment to donate this week, and I just started Naringin, but is there anything else I can do to lower that?

And last thing I was concerned about was my thyroid. The last time my Dr. has checked that was Nov 2 2019, and my TSH was 3.030. I will be calling Monday to discuss this with her but in the mean time I was wondering if you guys could give any incite? Thank you in advance I appreciate any help!

Current supplements are 5mg Cialis, Curcumin, Fish oil, Krill oil, Vit K2+D3, Vit C, NAC, a Multi, Citrus Bergamot, Ambrosia Nektar, and Amazing Grass greens.

A few thoughts to help discussion.
  1. You don’t me mention when you dropped each compound. Did you drop eq 4 weeks ago along with everything else? Because eq stays in the body considerably longer than test e.
  2. you don’t mention any PCT. Have you done any PCT? Either way, it would likely be too soon to expect full recovery on all markets given the eq in your system, and the 19-nor you had.
  3. You’re cruising on 250 e? What are your t levels like on that dosage? That’s double what most peoples’ replacement dosage would be, and I’d call it a light cycle personally. I’d expect your markers to be off normal.

@effswithtren I dropped the EQ and NPP 4 weeks from the time of blood work. And I didn’t do any kind of PCT since I always cruise after.

I know cruising at 250mg is pretty high, but I’m 6’5 265lbs right now, and I’m trying to play the size game. I have always cruised around 250mg, and everything has always came back perfect for the past few years besides my liver enzymes usually somewhere between 40-70, but never 100 like this time!

Also, I do daily fasted cardio for about 30-40 minutes keeping my HR around 135-150, and BP is under control.

Ah, ok that clears some things up. I mostly mentioned the NPP affecting things because I wasn’t sure if you were trying to come off, or we’re B&C’ing. Eq raises a lot of blood markers though so I don’t know that I’d expect its effects to be nullified this soon.

If 250 is your correct dose, it’s your correct dose, that just sounds crazy high. If your markers came back normal all this time @ 250, that’s surprising. I’d have expected them to have been about where they are now the whole time.

@effswithtren I’m not sure if it’s the cardio, and all the extra supplements I take for health that keep everything normal, but my blood work on cruises are always in normal healthy range. Even slightly better then before I started the blast and cruise life style.

My Test is usually around 14-1500, which is high, but that is the only thing in my blood work that ever comes back out of range, besides this time.

Drink more water

That’s not a cruise, you’re still on cycle

Turmeric (curcumin) is a blood builder and has a shit load of iron. Thinking about ur hematocrit. Also the EQ will do the same thing, give you yogurt blood.

You can drop to an ACTUAL cruise of like 120mg, and go veggie for a few weeks.

Your liver is just stressed out from metabolizing all the test and other shit but u will be fine, but you can’t bullshit with this stuff you only have one heart.

For thyroid hcg helps, and ashwagandha.

Just drop to an actual cruise for 6 weeks, add hcg, drink hella water

@Tug_ This is about what I’d recommend. Drop to 120ish, drink water, take a multi, and give your body a real break not a deload. The sooner you get your markers right the sooner you can get back on the wagon. I’ve done some dumb shit for fairly prolonged periods, and with some legit proper rest was able to back in the saddle pretty fast.

I’m surprised that your lipids are so good, along with your creatinine & egfr.

Anyway, I’d retest in like a month and take 2-3 days off training beforehand since the liver values can be elevated from training & also the gear.

For HCT, just stay hydrated until you get your blood drawn and drink a ton before donating.

That’s all I got.

@Mstew7358 Even when crusing on 300mg my lipids are always good. I consider myself pretty lucky with that. I’m planning to hopefully get back on in about 6 weeks so I will probably get bloods again in 5 weeks and see where I am at.

@Tug_ I did not know that about Curcumin, but with me cutting out the EQ and donating soon I am hoping that that lowers my hematocrit.
