And thank you for posting the screen shot. I hope people take the time to click on it and read it. I believe it shows that I was open honest and transparent about what happened to my package. And the only reason we actually know what happened to my package is because I put in the work to find out. Also that I did not place blame and was not seeking anything for free. I was simply a customer asking for help with a unique situation. A basic reply of “let’s give it a few more days” or even “sorry there is nothing we can do for you” would have sufficed. You chose to leave the message on read and ignore my request for response on your telegram thread.

Thank you for clarifying your reship policy had I known you only cover customs seizures and not parcels lost in transit. I would have not ordered as most vendors take ownership of their shipments till they are delivered to the customer and cover packages lost in transit.

I am sorry you feel I am being disrespectful by asking for help. And I fail to see where I was placing any pressure on you I did not demand I simply asked for help. I’m sorry you were sick must have been pretty bad to not be able to type. I hope you are feeling better.

Yes the monetary value of this order was low as this was my first order with you. I typically do not place large first orders incase the orders do not show up…cough cough. Customer service should not be based on amount spent. Every customer should be treated equal and respectfully.

I do see that you replied to my email. Once again my email was polite and professional. There is no need for the derogatory slander in your responses it is unwarranted and of bad taste. I will reply so we can get this sorted and brought to head.

I will update and edit or delete my posting as needed once cosmic and I come to terms.

I don’t think you should be ordering drugs online if you get this bent out of shape over a $56 order. Sources are always easy to work with if you speak to them the same way that you speak to any other person. When you lose your shit and start flipping out, they always have the option to ignore you.

If you had simply posted something reasonable here, it’s very likely that the other members would have worked with you to see that the vendor reaches a resolution. Instead, your post is vindictive and it comes off as you lashing out.

Consider re-registering as a new username and learn from this $56 experience so that you don’t make similar mistakes with $400 orders.

I’ve been doing this for 20 years man. Got a $1000 Qsc order that is not coming I’m not on their thread crying for Tracy to come back. Losing money is part of the game. The dollar value of the order means nothing to me my issue is solely with his customer service post sale. Every communication I sent cosmic was professional and polite.

Yes my post was a knee jerk after four days of being ghosted I let it get to me. I am normally better about not doing that but in my defense I’m on 1.3g of fun time and my filter doesn’t always kick on fast enough.

No need to re register I own my shit

Ok thanks for your input. I've had to do it to non aas packages before and I agree it does usually shake it loose. I'm kind of nervous about it being a schedule 3 substance though. The source I purchased this pack from usually packs everything into a sealed pack that reflects xray so if they were to xray it they wouldn't see anything. May give mine a few more days and put in a ticket to see if they can shake it loose. Thanks again.
They don't look.

I can see that you are typically collected and reasonable based on this post. That’s good!

Written words lack the facial expressions that we have during in person conversations. We all forget that sometimes. It’s easy to do. If a source gets pissed, its best to remember that cooler heads prevail.

@CosmicPCT, I think you might have misread something your customer wrote to you. Re-read his communications. It’s a $56 order of Accutane. $56 isn’t much to do the right thing and reship. It sounds like you’d gain customers pretty easily. I mean, how often does a USPS truck catch fire? Make it right and put a positive to this entire experience.

Yikes, 56 dollar order? I mean I always order small but never that small. You pretty much waste shipping charges at that rate of ordering.

Ok, I can see that, but....and I thought you were joking when you said the Postal Truck caught on fire but I see that is the actual implication from the screenshot. He wants Cosmic to cover his pack because it was supposedly burned on a truck in the US?

IDK. I can see a lot of sources saying nope. However at such a low price, I can see a handful saying yes.

Well, back during the Covid dark times I had a pack sit and not move. The source reshipped after no movement for 30 days. Whether it gets misplaced, tossed to the side, lost, damaged, or catches fire, I ordered and I’d like to get my stuff. That’s the expectation.

Total order was like $96 but it was a test order. I typically only try to spend around a $100 on a test order or the MOQ for vendors that require them. A lot of times I will place a second order closer to $1000 as soon as the first pack clears customs. Only reason I didn’t this time is I’m still figuring what all pharmacy products I need to stock up on.

I can see that. 96 dollars for a test order makes total sense.

I've placed some PCT International orders at just 130 to 150 but mainly because it is so cheap. You can actually get a lot of stuff for 130-150 and find myself not really needing much more than that. It is tempting sometimes to buy some stuff even if I don't need it now because it is so damn cheap and I can potentially see it as being useful to have down the road.

I didn't really go through the entire back and forth so I missed some of the context.

Hope you get things settled.

USPS still will not confirm nor deny my order was on that van. But I had informed delivery and none of my mail that day showed up. Actually yesterday two pieces of junk mail that were supposed to deliver that day showed up an envelope that had been soaked and a mailer card that had its edges burnt.

If you look at the message that cosmic posted I was not asking for a free reship just if he was willing to help in any way never expected him to cover the pack.

Yes exactly I have had several packages that just stopped scanning or ended up in a weird city and disappear. Almost every vendor I have had that happen with reships after 30 days. I do hold vendors responsible for getting my packs to my doorstep just as I would any legitimate company.

I had junk mail that was supposed to be delivered the day the mail van caught on fire. Saw it on informed delivery. USPS must have salvaged what they could out of the burnt out van. 2 pieces of junk mail that were in the van were delivered a couple days ago an envelope that had been soaked from the fire hose and a postcard advertisement that the edges were charred from the fire. Still missing a couple other mail items but it was all junk. I’m sure a bunch of peoples W2 went up in flames because it happened 1/31

You are not welcome to shop with us anymore. Any other sensible vendor will also reject you. If any vendor wants to know who he is I will happily tell.

You offering to happily dox somebody to others is appalling. All over a $96 order, good job shooting yourself in the foot. You should be removed for this. Unacceptable...

I’ve been reading the latest posts (I jump in every now and then into SST to check if the sources I order from are still active) and I thought I should chime into the post.

I’ve placed several orders with Cosmic and they’re exceedingly good at communication or any inquiries I may have. These guys have been my go to for BP meds, boner pills, and ezetimibe. I’ve freaked out when my international order wasn’t moving and they were there to clear up any questions I had. They’re my first source and only source for ordering international so I greatly appreciate their patience.

As for the guy whose USPS truck burned to a crisp, dude that’s wild but how is that even Cosmic’s fault ? Like I think we are all aware in this community that it wouldn’t be a source’s fault if USPS loses a package or it gets destroyed. They are doing their part by sending you whatever you’re ordering, and if the middle guy screws up well there’s not much you can really do but to take the loss. USPS, obviously, is a separate entity from Cosmic so how are you going to blame the source for their fuck up ?
