Why dont you show all the messages and you trying to be a rat here?
We are only responsible for the customs part. If your package is not received by you due to mishandling by USPS this is not our responsability.
That being sad we always like to keep our people happy and we will still in most cases resend the order to respectful customers. In this case you have lost that right by the way you conducted yourself. Had not replied for a few days being sick and trying to see what went wrong there before we send a reship but you trying to pressure us makes me feel something was wrong about it.
Read the messages in the attached screenshot. And for those wondering this was about a $90 order. I've send you an email. I can give u a refund and u can go elsewhere from now on.
We are going to start filtering customers from here on out.

And thank you for posting the screen shot. I hope people take the time to click on it and read it. I believe it shows that I was open honest and transparent about what happened to my package. And the only reason we actually know what happened to my package is because I put in the work to find out. Also that I did not place blame and was not seeking anything for free. I was simply a customer asking for help with a unique situation. A basic reply of “let’s give it a few more days” or even “sorry there is nothing we can do for you” would have sufficed. You chose to leave the message on read and ignore my request for response on your telegram thread.
Thank you for clarifying your reship policy had I known you only cover customs seizures and not parcels lost in transit. I would have not ordered as most vendors take ownership of their shipments till they are delivered to the customer and cover packages lost in transit.
I am sorry you feel I am being disrespectful by asking for help. And I fail to see where I was placing any pressure on you I did not demand I simply asked for help. I’m sorry you were sick must have been pretty bad to not be able to type. I hope you are feeling better.
Yes the monetary value of this order was low as this was my first order with you. I typically do not place large first orders incase the orders do not show up…cough cough. Customer service should not be based on amount spent. Every customer should be treated equal and respectfully.
I do see that you replied to my email. Once again my email was polite and professional. There is no need for the derogatory slander in your responses it is unwarranted and of bad taste. I will reply so we can get this sorted and brought to head.
I will update and edit or delete my posting as needed once cosmic and I come to terms.
