It has been close to 2 weeks already, ordered USA domestic, but they don't provide a tracking, so I have no idea if I'm getting my package. Contacted them by mail regarding my package, they said it supposed to be delivered already, but I got nothing. I'm thinking they put the wrong address in the package or something

Ordered twice from Cosmic. Packages are quick from India (10-14 days), a little slower from UAE (21d).

No problems, very competitive prices, good response times, large menu. Big fan

Replied to your email sir with tracking. Tracking shows delivered on 21st of January. Maybe it was delivered to your neighbour as you have a funny address.

We dont send tracking for US domestic orders as most customers have USPS informed delivery which makes everything quite convenient.

Anyone have experience with Indian pharmacy testosterone? Curious about the Testoboon-CP 250mg/ml manufactured by Kachhela. I saw where Cosmic posted he has some en route to Jano for testing, but would like to hear from anyone that has personal experience. Especially curious on how accurate their dosing is.
Any test results for this?

Ordered for first time, response was rather quick. Payment sent and confirmed. Package went out within 48hrs (ordered on Fri night). Everything went smooth and my metformin and ezetimibe came within a week.

Have successfully made two orders with Cosmic to the UK. First was with the very generous 3+1 promo last year and second was last month.

Cosmic got tracking to me quickly after payment and had no issues shipping from the UAE to UK both times.

Great prices and great service, thanks again.

Two more packs landed, excellent turnaround. Cosmic is my go-to "PCT" vendor. They always ship in the timeframe they quote me and are always straight with me when I need information/advice. Quick replies to emails before, during, and after ordering.

Ordered mid Jan, pack arrived early Feb. Pleased with the order. Tried some of the cialis and it definitely works. Great price, great selection, easy ordering. Just plan ahead with timing

what email did you use? Got any proof, noob?

Bama I interact with you on meso. Tried CosmicPCT on ghouls recommendation. If comic handled this appropriately I wouldn’t be posting. Going to have to chalk this up as a loss like our QSC packs.

I did try to resolve this with CosmicPCT privately. Left me on read after requesting a resolution. I gave CosmicPCT ample opportunity before going public.

Also just going to state that I did my due diligence on my part did a usps missing mail request. Went to the post office to see if they could help. Only option I was given after usps failed to locate the package was to file a claim that wanted proof of purchase. It wasn’t till I exhausted every resource on my end that I requested a resolution from CosmicPCT. CosmicPCT ghosted me after requesting resolution. CosmicPCT didn’t respond to me for 3 days that’s when I figured I had to go public. CosmicPCT responded to the thread they ghosted after that nothing nice to say no resolution just a bunch of name calling.

I look forward to cosmic weighing in. I am willing to share all screen shots and evidence that I have of their awesome customer service. All of my messages to them were polite and professional

A bit off subject here but I have a pack of anabolics shipped from another domestic source that has been sitting in another city for almost 2 weeks. Is it safe to fill out a missing package ticket with USPS or just leave it alone?

I’ve had to do it a couple times for aas and peptide shipments that stalled out. They typically never get back to me but it does seem to shake the shipment lose and it starts tracking again. But you are adding some unnecessary attention to the shipment. This is actually the first time I got a call back from usps saying they couldn’t locate the package. But that’s about as far as that help goes cause the next step is to file a claim with item value and proof of purchase.

Ok thanks for your input. I've had to do it to non aas packages before and I agree it does usually shake it loose. I'm kind of nervous about it being a schedule 3 substance though. The source I purchased this pack from usually packs everything into a sealed pack that reflects xray so if they were to xray it they wouldn't see anything. May give mine a few more days and put in a ticket to see if they can shake it loose. Thanks again.

That being sad we always like to keep our people happy and we will still in most cases resend the order to respectful customers. In this case you have lost that right by the way you conducted yourself. Had not replied for a few days being sick and trying to see what went wrong there before we send a reship but you trying to pressure us makes me feel something was wrong about it.

Read the messages in the attached screenshot. And for those wondering this was about a $90 order. I've send you an email. I can give u a refund and u can go elsewhere from now on.

We are going to start filtering customers from here on out.

And thank you for posting the screen shot. I hope people take the time to click on it and read it. I believe it shows that I was open honest and transparent about what happened to my package. And the only reason we actually know what happened to my package is because I put in the work to find out. Also that I did not place blame and was not seeking anything for free. I was simply a customer asking for help with a unique situation. A basic reply of “let’s give it a few more days” or even “sorry there is nothing we can do for you” would have sufficed. You chose to leave the message on read and ignore my request for response on your telegram thread.

Thank you for clarifying your reship policy had I known you only cover customs seizures and not parcels lost in transit. I would have not ordered as most vendors take ownership of their shipments till they are delivered to the customer and cover packages lost in transit.

I am sorry you feel I am being disrespectful by asking for help. And I fail to see where I was placing any pressure on you I did not demand I simply asked for help. I’m sorry you were sick must have been pretty bad to not be able to type. I hope you are feeling better.

Yes the monetary value of this order was low as this was my first order with you. I typically do not place large first orders incase the orders do not show up…cough cough. Customer service should not be based on amount spent. Every customer should be treated equal and respectfully.

I do see that you replied to my email. Once again my email was polite and professional. There is no need for the derogatory slander in your responses it is unwarranted and of bad taste. I will reply so we can get this sorted and brought to head.

I will update and edit or delete my posting as needed once cosmic and I come to terms.

Once again Cosmic thank you for your time.

Cosmic an I agreed upon a resolution he has fulfilled his duty.
