Sorry for the long post,
placed two orders with Colonial. One order was
placed on 4/19 and the other 4/20 before the announcement of capsule shipment delayed. For some reason the order from 4/19 and 4/20 was "Cancelled" but the Bitcoin payment went through. I sent an email to Colonial a week after requesting an update with the orders. Received an email on 4/23 that my orders will be sent on Monday 4/25. I received an email on 4/25 saying that my orders were " Shipped".Today 4/29 Colonial sent me an email with a Tracking Number and when I checked it shows that a Label was created on 4/23, with no other information on where the package is at. Two weeks going on Third with no package received. Today 4/29 I tracked the package and now is in transit. The package was never shipped the day Colonial stated.
This is the first time I have issues with an Order.
Prior Orders went smooth and no problems at all.
