TRT dosing 150mg/week twice weekly.
This thread is not intended to be negative or positive towards the supplier. I am just going to document my results with running colonial’s Test E 250 GSO.

Lately I’ve been feeling kinda tired and sex drive has gone down.
I usually test in the 700 range at trough at that 150/week with e2 near 35. Seeing my Total T lower and my e2 higher than normal has me concerned.

I believe colonial’s makes a good product. Is it possible that I got a not so good batch? C219 is the batch number. Since I am aromatizing to e2, it must mean it’s not bad gear? But why am I all of a sudden converting more to e2 while Total T is lower?

Are you on 150mg a week? Or 150mg 2x a week.
Either way, 150mg or 300mg a week, only putting your test at 500 is bad.

As far as your levels being different then average. Was the draw time the same? Pin frequency the same?

75mg E3.5 days. Blood test is always on trough day. Everything was the same except for gear supplier and lab testing company. Did Quest this time instead of Labcorp.

Quest is known to screw up results. Labcorb is g2g as far as I know.

How many times have you got those same 700 total test and 35 E2 results? We’re you on any ai or and dht

As per your bloodwork post, your draw time is out of range which won’t lead to a proper peak reading. Get bloods 36-48 hours post last injection.

And as the user above me stated, please get re tested either via a doctor or via labcorp. Quest is notorious for screwing up bloodwork results.

@waterbottle1258 No sir, the standard protocol is 36-48 hours for Enanthate ester to get closer to the peak value.

And sounds good! Let me know when you get re-tested, I will grant you extra credit for having to pay twice for blood testing.

Thanks! May be a few months away as I am trying to be stingy with my money.

Other thing to note for people coming in is that my SHBG is naturally on the lower end. This allows my free testosterone to be higher while my Total T is mid-low. So maybe with the combination of different lab and my low SHBG is why my total T is not 1000ng/dL.

Last thing is that with Labcorp I tested Sensitive Estradiol at 36.5pg/mL while with Quest it was 48pg/mL using the Ultrasensitive test.

Can’t remember the last time I got tested, I wanna say a few months back, and my labs came back with flying colors. Only source I will use is colonial for my gear! I’ve been on 200 mgs a week for the last 10 weeks, and at the end of my meso I will be getting my labs which is in 8 more weeks! Will have these posted on here for people to see!

Currently running 400mg from the same batch. Will share blood results from that soon. I will drop to a TRT dose and test too… I have references I can compare to from my compounded test.

I’ve recently felt similar issues running 400Test/400Mast (daily injections) but hopefully it’s not due to a bad batch or anything like that!

Anecdotally, I just binned 40ml of test from batch 219 because I felt like shit. Bloods for me showed test>1500 on 120mg per week, e2 was 12.7 pg/ml and prolactin was 23.5 ng/ml. Feeling better about 2 weeks into the same dose from pharma test I had still.

That’s interesting… my TRT doc always wanted the day of injection, before injection so we know lowest base readings. Not peak. Granted, I could see both being valuable. (Sorry for quoting a 2 month old post)

A little late on this but @waterbottle1258 if it makes you feel better, the most recent bloodwork I posted is from the same batch as yours and it came back with a 7.3x multiplier.
It's good to go!

I’m getting a 5.6x multiplier and have seen 9x+ on other vendors recently. Not sure I’m feeling super great about this.

It's not uncommon that quality of gear changes in UGL sources, unfortunately.

I'd go as far as to say that 3/4 of the suppliers I've used are half dosed, which is why I have no qualms about my dosing protocols.
The one time I forked over the money (nearly three times the cost) for pharma quality compounded gear - I got the same results on half the dose.


A common issue is sources building a good reputation from the ground up, and then trusting the brewing process with someone else, who then starts half dosing and stealing the raws. It's a shame. Not uncommon at all. Either way at half the cost, it's whatever. Not the best look for colonial here though.

We've seen this happen several times on eroids, and with other sources like southern compounding here. It really is too bad.

Lastly, we can adjust for different factors like; the steroid oil may be stuck in a scar tissue pocket and metabolizing slower. Also how long after pinning did you pull bloods?

I’m not OP but I pin every day (even with enth) using high gauge insulin tips (even with Test E/C). Keeps my bloods stable. So, less than 24h.

I’d like to add onto this. A while back, I did a same day comparison with Quest and LabCorp. I had labs drawn within 30 minutes of each other. I had thought my batch from Colonial was also bad, but in reality it was Quest.

I still use Quest, but if I get a odd reading I get it re-tested. I’ve had blood results from Quest showing 1400 Total T on 150mg and 850 Total T when re-tested. I trust Colonial as they stand by their product and one of the only sources on here that get their products tested regularly.
