Can we have a topic where we talk about cruising protocols?

I’m 6’5 currently about 260lbs. I have “cruised” on 250-300mg test almost every one of my cruises besides my very first one. For that I cruised on 200mg Test. I know some may not call the higher numbers a cruise, but I have found between 250-300mg a week I feel excellent, still make progress in the gym, and for the past few years my blood work and pressure are staying in check. I do always wonder what I am doing to my health long term though.

I know some people cruise on more, some people cruise on way less. Some like to add other compunds like Mast, or Primo, or Deca. I have even given a lot of thought to this. This is one of the topics that always interest me because I feel so many people cruise so many different ways. Different things work for different people. I’m always curious to know what works best for other people and if they are managing to do it “safely” (getting bloods checked, EKG, checking blood pressure, ect) So what do you cruise on, and how are your health markers?

I second this motion. I am about to being a cruise on feb 1st, as my 20 week blast comes to end and I have questions and do need guidance.

Am I correct that weight affects the amount you cruise on? There’s such a different between being 5’6" 150lbs and being 6’6" 250lbs that I wish people would mention their weight when saying how much they take and what test level it gets them to.

Nice topic. Interested in learning more myself. Run 210 a week in sus and have been between cycles for the last year. I know the debate is a few things. 1. 210 would be considered slightly high for a cruise cycle so the weight and height argument is interesting to me. 2. cruising with sus and no way to predict stable levels due to different esters but I like pinning 1x weekly when not blasting. 3. long-term effects of cruising. My uneducated guess is I don’t believe it’s too bad as TRT doesn’t have long-term adverse effects (same mechanism as a cruise protocol) provided your dosing is appropriate and within normal expected levels? What I have heard is - you can’t consider it a cruise if you are putting any other compounds into the mix. You are no longer in a cruise if your levels are outside the normal range of someone who is off-cycle and healthy. The purpose of the cruise is to make sure you are giving your system a break to recover between blasts. Levels that are too high are actually defeating the purpose of a cruise. Stacking compounds even at low doses would seem more like a mild blast than an actual cruise? The end result is your still taxing your systems instead of getting a rest which could result in long-term problems down the road.

@mez2020 I have also heard something simliar to “1mg per lb” when cruising. My TRT clinic is the one that prescribed me 250mg a week. I see some people say that when cruising you should be around the “high natty” range, (8-900) but I have had two separate TRT clinics tell me its fine to be in the 1200-1500 range as long as everything else looked good, so who really knows?

I am hoping we get some more feedback in this topic. I think it would help a lot of people out, also, its just intersting to see what people cruise on and how some people can push the limits of whats recommended and still keep heath markers good.
