Bulking on Blast, Cutting on Cruise

Is this a good plan? Plan on doing 16 weeks of 500 test E, 500 Tren E and a 4 week Sdrol kickstarter at 20mg. Then when I cruise at 250mg Test E for 8-12 weeks, I’d go to a 250 calorie deficit plus cardio. I’d repeat this cycle 2 or 3 times until doing a full on cut. Would I lose my gains, or would this just help me stay lean while bulking?

Do not drop your calories when you cruise… that is a horrible idea. If you want to keep your new mass you need to keep eating like you were on cycle and let your body adapt to the new muscle. If you’re trying to bulk then bulk. If you have to, do a 2-4 week mini cut while on cycle but only if you start getting fat or loose insulin sensitivity. Everyone wants to stay lean now days but if you need to grow you need to just eat and accept that you might get fluffy for a bit

Gotcha. Guess I’ll just have to accept being stuck at 14%. At least I have huge lats and a tiny core so I look lean.

I’m cutting on my first blast and gaining size while losing body fat. I’ll start cruising once I’m done with my cut.

Always maintain on cruise for at least 6 weeks. That seems to be how long it takes to “set” gains so you don’t lose them all when you cut.

Cutting on cruise is fine. No need to waste your blast on a cut unless you’re competing. Unless you’re being unhealthy you’ve got a lot more cruise time than blast time, so use it.

/thread Very good advice.

Alternating is a good approach imo (for people who don’t lean bulk). Bulk on blast, cut on next blast, repeat.
