Bulk, Cut or Recomp on HGH?

I definitely want to recomp for right now.. I'm less hungry, and Im sleeping and recovering so well that I do want to build some muscle.

Recomp will create less problems with high blood sugar. I'd be down to do a mild cut as well, but from my understanding, HGH is too mild that youd expect to gain muscle on a cut.

How do you use this compound?

What’s your bf%

Cutting, recomping, bulking depends on only two things: your bf% and the calories you consume.

HGH doesn’t impact hunger btw.

In my experience you don't put on much muscle with hGH. Might help you lean out on a cut and maintain muscle fullness.

Not sure how people manage blood glucose using hGH on a bulk.

Carb cycling, nutrient timing, post meal walks, gdas, insulin.

the biggest one is not getting fat, not chasing numbers on a scale and starting a growth phase lean. This what almost everyone fucks up.
A bulk should be just enough food to grow. If you're over 12% you're too fat. If you're not what looks to be close to stage ready with striated glutes you're too fat to bulk. 10 to 12% is where a bulk should end

25%, we’ve been through this. I’m 5 ft 6 205 though so plenty of muscle and I exercise nonstop.



I want to recomp down to 23%, and cut to 20% and maingain until I can bench 325/330 ish

You might have gone over it before, but you’re not the only guy on here.

Recomp down to 23% from 25%?

I’d say that’s definitely doable. Track your calories. Make sure you eat enough protein. Move more. Consume less.

“Maingain” shouldn’t be a term. It’s unnecessary and redundant. Just keep calories the same and train hard. It has to do more with training the bench press if that’s your goal.

Do you bench 2-3 times a week? How’s progress going?

I’m at a small dose and this shot has worked miracles for my sleep man. I tried every drug out there and nothing worked. Already got what I wanted
There's literally no excuse to be as fat as you are. Your body is functioning like shit. You want go from being obese to less obese. That's not a recomp or a cut that's simply not eating like a complete fucking retard.

That’s a good point. Progress stalled out because of an injury. Can do 14 reps 205.

On back heavy program right now to strengthen rear delts and lats, for joint stability.

I want to see what’s possible without bulking on this stuff. I’m talking maybe a gentle, gentle surplus once I get down to 20% bfs

because this isn’t in the fucking fitness section. This is specifically a question about how a compound works for bulking and cutting

Now making the thread about me being a fat fuck, I’m fine with that as long as it pertains to the subject matter which is growth hormone.

If we’re gonna talk about bfs and using compounds then that’s at least a relevant discussion. Because there are a lot of athletes out there who use steroids and HGH above 20% body fat - they are called powerlifters

It is relevant dumbass. The fact that you don't get it is even more hilarious.

Youre not a competitive powerlifter. Youre not even strong. Youre just fat and weak. Just because you point to people who do something doesn't make it correct or best.

You claim 25% id wager youre closer 40 or 50%.

Being a fat fuck makes nothing work properly whether that's drugs, food or training, or literal brain function.

Hgh is a hormone what does it do? This doesn't change whether bulking or cutting.

Nope. Go to a powerlifting event and look around. If you are 26% bf you’d be the fattest guy there. If you are 20% there might be 1-2 guys new to powerlifting out of 50 that are fatter than you.

Powerlifters aren’t fat anymore. I welcome you to go and see for yourself. Guys care about their health now. They know the consequences to being a fat fuck.
