Does anyone have experience with this pep?

About a year and a half ago while I was benching I felt this pop in my left pec and instant pain. This was on a Wednesday and I saw my soft tissue guy to do some body work that weekend, hit a PR single
on bench for 375 with no pain the next Wed.

So I kinda forgot about it until about 6 weeks ago it happened again in my left pec. Again very tender and inflamed but no bruising, had it worked on and took a deload week and was fine.

Then about 2 weeks ago it happened in right pec. I dunno WTF is going on. I’m scared it’s minor tendon damage and I could be at risk for a detached pec in the near future…

So naturally when I started reading about BPC 157 and it’s incredible ability to heal tendons and shit I naturally got excited.

Does anyone have experience they can share?

Just ordered some from xpeptide for my elbow. Can’t wait to try it. Supposedly also helps with some fat loss which is a cool plus.

Fucked up my shoulder pretty bad a while back, ordered some bpc and was using 250mcg twice a day, once in AM and right before sleeping. I was pinning around an inch away from the injury spot. I did both IM and subq, from what I’ve heard it doesn’t really matter. ran it for 4 weeks and shoulder felt a lot better but wasn’t 100%.
Was training very lightly and mostly around the injury in hopes of promoting more recovery

I max dosed both of my shoulders with bpc from Xpeptides. They felt great after a very short time. Sleep improved, seems to be the case with a lot of progress actually.
I happened to start developing tendonitis in my right elbow. It took three pins and it was gone .
Edit:
Inject this shit as close to the pain as you can. Some people find the actual tendon to inject into which I think is a bit too much… Try and get within an inch. I used 5/16 31G slin pins.

If I were you, I would see a doctor. Something ain’t right. BPC is great for healing, but if something is torn or it is recurring, I would want a Doc to find and fix the cause before it gets worse.
