Nagging rotator cuff injury from 15ish years ago here. I started lower, but settled on this dose. Daily 300mcg BPC + 300mcg TB4. I also ran 3iu HGH/day in this time period for what it's worth. Over about 6 months and three cycles, my rotator cuff is 70-80% better. This is HUGE news. Much better than expected.
*If I take BPC before bed, I cannot sleep.
A big portion is to measure success over months and not days. Do rehab exercises.
