It should. As far as I understand, the GI problems like appetite issues stem from your liver being taxed out by the compounds. Using a sublingual delivery will bypass first pass hepatic metabolism. It should reduce the burden on your liver and help with maintaining some semblance of appetite/digestion.
Ultimately, the orals will still end up passing through your liver though. The difference is that oral deliver goes through your liver TWICE whereas sublingual or injectable only goes through once. For that reason, it’s a lot more tolerable.
