Hey, so this isn't my first post, but eh, might as well

I'm early 40s and how I got here started maybe five years back. First, I had trouble with gym gains, next, I was nodding off while driving. Later, the ED and mood swings came. Next came full on depression and falling asleep at my work desk. It came to the breaking point a couple years back when I felt super-down, took the day off work, and quite literally cried most of the day. I stopped just long enough to drag myself to the gym, get a workout in, then wept in the gym shower afterwards. At this time my sleep driving got even worse and I'd fall asleep during even short drives of 30 minutes or less. My eyes would go dry very easily and I'd get cross-eyed to boot.

The really frustrating thing in all this is I thought I was doing everything right. NO drinking, drugs, alcohol, previous steroid use, vaping, or soda even. I got 120-160 g protein every day, did heavy compound lifts at the gym regularly and at least tried to sleep well most of the time.

Got myself tested through a local TRT clinic and turns out I had mediocre total T of 445-495, but lousy free T of 7.5-9.3 (all ng/dl). My B12 and d3 levels weren't great either.

That clinic did not want me doing my own shots, and they thought clomid was a good add-on to TRT, which I had read that was NOT the case, so fired them and went with a reputable online clinic which I still use today. They provide me HCG, progesterone, test C, deca, D3, and B12-all injectable and all essentially painless to inject. I came across this site from recommendations of someone and it's been a good experience. The first couple UGLs I tried from here had good product that unfortunately caused me too much PIP, either immediately or a day later. I am a wimp when it comes to injection pain. My first big blast hasn't gone the greatest because...food. Seems my stomach still can't handle the huge volumes required even after trying for months, so I'll be switching goals to bonafide recomp/ cutting, and probably going keto. My strength, lipids, BF%, A1C, and BP aren't that great, so this should help. The tren I'll also be trying er, probably won't help those, except maybe the BF% and strength ha.

I don't want to think about where I'd be without hormone replacement today.

Belated response to a belated post but glad to hear you were able to better your mental health. Hope this still holds true. Therapy is a major driver for my gym time and HRT has been icing on the cake for me, a pretty new addition.

I am slowly planning and figuring out the + part, but I think tren is something I probably wont touch. Like I said, the gym is therapy for me and I constantly read about crazy mind fucking of tren.

Happy gains!
