Apparently it can convert type 1 fibers into type 2 but I’ve just seen that claim made by the sellers so don’t know if its worth the money.

Yeah, apparently a minor known thyroid hormone that is not catabolic to muscle and can cause type 1 fibers to turn into type 2, if you believe the hype.
