Adding Anavar to my cruise.

20mg is really going to do fuck all unless you're already super lean. 25mg was my least effective dose at 6'2/190/9% for what that's worth, though I saw it kick in with more teeth at 50mg and shine at 75mg.

Var with absolutely fuck your lipids up, I suggest plenty of water and some NAC if you're worried. I also suggest doing the 40mg for 4 weeks to kick start the cycle. I'd just bump the dose and ride it. IMO you're just going to be hammering your system with enough bad shit to throw levels off while not getting near enough of the benefit and all being out the $$ since var is apparently fucking gold right meow.

Yea I think I’m going do 40mg for 4 weeks then if it goes well enough at the end of my cycle I’ll do it again for the last 4 weeks. Too many people have told me to do that instead of 20mg. And the sides at 40 are barely more than 20 from what I’ve seen.

Little update on my first anavar adventure. Today is day 7 of taking 40mg per day (20mg in AM after breakfast and then 20mg 6-8 hours later).

Mood:
So far my mood is through the roof. Feeling very euphoric and happy most of the time, but I also notice that I get pretty pissed off over stupid shit (i.e. people driving like morons), it is 100% controllable and I don't think anyone around me sees it - but I feel it for sure.

Strength:
Not seeing anything here really, probably still too early.

Physique:
Seeing some fat loss on my midsection pretty quickly.

Are you seeing any difference yet @smeaglesmagle69?

Question:
- When would be the proper time to get some bloodwork done to check my lipids with anavar? Right now my plan is to run this dosage for 6 weeks, but if my lipids are alright I may push it to 8 or up the dosage the last 2 weeks. Opinions are welcomed.

3-4 weeks in for bloodwork, as mentioned get in 1g Citrus Bergamot and 10-20mg Ezetimibe for cholesterol control. I'd also go with at least 1g Astragalus for kidney health and stay hydrated. (y)💪

Thanks, I will look into the supplements you suggested. I am currently taking Fish Oil, NAC, Multi, Vit D, and 5HTP.

Wow your experience is very similar to mine. I feel great. That cloud 9 feeling that I got when I first started trt. I'm seeing minor strength gains at this point, and more aggression in the gym. I feel bigger if that makes sense, but I don't look bigger yet. I'm walking around with a pump half the day so that's probably why I feel bigger lol. Which is the most dramatic difference I've noticed. I was carrying buckets of water and throwing 40 pound bags of salt for an hour at work yesterday and I got such a big pump my coworkers said something about it, and it almost hurt. Haven't noticed any side effects yet.

Definitely seeing some strength gains. I went from a 275x5 bench to 290x5, and finally got 6 plates on deadlift. My goal is 605 deadlift by the end of the cycle, but I'm thinking I'll blow past that. I also want to get my 1 rep max on bench press to 335. Squats haven't see much if any improvement yet, but that's probably because of my training style (I do a lot of heavy partials, and rarely go to parallel unless its 225 or less because my knees feel like they are gonna explode. It's not a real injury its all in my head, and I haven't tried to get over it because I don't care enough). Starting to see visible changes in body composition. I've gained 5 pounds which is probably water weight, but I look a lot leaner. I feel great with 0 sides, and I have high hopes that my bloodwork will look good, I ordered more anavar, and if my bloodwork looks good after the 4 weeks then I will run it again for another 4 weeks at the end of my cycle. I bumped the test up from 375 a week to 400 just for ease of dosing.

Hell yeah man, get it!

I am seeing a slight increase in strength, nothing like you though. I benched 250 for 13 last week which was a rep PR. But not seeing anything on squat or deadlift yet. I am seeing some body composition changes though. I am on a caloric deficit and I've only lost about 3 lbs, but I can see a significant difference in the mirror - especially in my belly. I get blood work done on Friday and will adjust based on those. I am still only on 110mg of test e4d though, would probably be better off bumping that up before going more on the anavar.

Curious to know the timing of your dosage and if you have played with it at all?

The first week I was doing one cap after breakfast with my other vitamins, and then the 2nd one 5-6 hours later. After reading more it seemed like I was dosing too close together so I moved the 2nd dose to 6-8 hours later (closer to 8). I feel like it has calmed the afternoon annoyance and general foul mood I was facing the first week.

I take 20mg right when I wake up (5am). Then I’m at the gym by 6. I take the second 20 mg around 5-6pm with food. I’m starting to have some joint pain now but that could just be because of how hard I push myself now.

Var is dietary fat soluble. You should take it on an empty stomach and wait an hour or so before eating

This, and also take it with 6oz red grapefruit juice. I do that pre-workout when I use Anavar, it kicks in faster (at least I feel it faster) and I use organic grapefruit juice to be sure it's not just sugary syrup blunting it.
