I train for 2 hours or at least u time I have to drag myself out of the gym and I have no problem eating I actually have to watch how much I eat or I’ll blow up and get fat🤣 but
If I’m cutting weight still eating about 2,700 caps a day and 110 G protein a day what do u suggest?
Thank u guys, I’ve been pushing hard in the gym and with my diet I can feel my muscles rounding out and a bit more solid just hoping to gain at least 3-5 pounds of muscle. Probably will throw in anavar or a oral 2nd cycle not sure wich is best oral
