I’ve ran about 6 cycles of growth, all went well but I usually stop around 6-8 months and then maybe 1-3 months off and then jump back on Just off of everything I read (broscience) You’re supposed to take break from growth, so do professional bodybuilders do that at all? Or do they just run year...
