i like going every day as well. What I do though is instead of blasting volume every time i’m there i focus on sticking to a split and hitting volume at most 5x a week. the other days i still go but I do cardio/work on form or stretch/sauna/etc.
I’ve personally never used anything higher than 27g for oils. It’s completely up to you if it pushes through. If won’t hurt if you do but if it doesn’t push through then yeah you’ll have to heat it up.
1/2 inch is fine for delts but you may need to use 27g or heat the oil up before pinning depending on how thick of a carrier oil you are using. Something like gso, for example may be too thick to push through.
