Someone told me I should cruise for a month or two before starting the PCT because tren ace shuts you down for months? Little confused now bc I thought tren ace was out of your system pretty fast?

Currently running test prop 250mg and tren ace 350mg a week. On week 4. Labs don’t look so good,I don’t feel that bad, urine has been dark (maybe not enough water?) Advice? I’ve never had bad labs before.
