I started with a low level of test it was 230. I been taking 500mg test a week split 2 a week for past month and a half. My level is at 1000 now. Should I be higher taking that much? I know it's not a extreme high dose but I feel like it should be higher.

Hello all I’m new to SST what is the difference between verified and unverified? I get meaning but does SST not verify some sources and still post them. Could the unverified sources be scams or bunk. I am just curious could somone help a brother out with some info
