In that case our numbers (also Captain america) are very close. 66 mg NGENLA/wk equivalent to 10 IU hGH/d vs 10.285 hGH/d.
I've only seen one guy report IGF-1 levels on NGENLA but they didn't have IGF-1 on hGH to compare.
1 IU NGENLA is not equivalent to 1 IU hGH so I don't think the 3 IU/mg conversion applies but it's not far off. Could be wrong.
I calculated 66 mg/wk NGENLA = 10 IU hGH/d. So NGENLA works out to be a little more expensive than Genotropin. But much more convenient for dosing if it applies to...
Either is fine. Some people say hGH dose timing affects their sleep (not me), so keep track of that. If sleep quality diminishes, try different dose timing.
Tbh I considered oral primo ace for cutting or maintaining, just never pulled the trigger. Modest but relatively safe benefits for an oral.
If anyone doubts quality, that's easy enough to test. I don't know how common this compound is faked. But I still consider using it in the future.
That's fair man. And anyway, not seeing many NGENLA fakes yet so a simple search could find the source of this product (pretty sure they're all getting it from the same place)
For me, all the other things like hydration, cardio, sleep, and dietary triggers I believe worsen CTS by causing water retention (in my case, salt and high carb meals).
Once all those ducks were in a row, CTS became almost unnoticeable. Worked up to 10 IU/d.
That is similar to what I understand. Something like 60 mg/wk NGENLA = 10 IU hGH/d.
weekly NGENLA dose in mg / 6 = IU hGH/d
In your example, 24 mg / 6 = 4 IU/d.
Not sure if this is realistic or accurate.
In my experience you don't put on much muscle with hGH. Might help you lean out on a cut and maintain muscle fullness.
Not sure how people manage blood glucose using hGH on a bulk.
If anyone finds the link where IFBB Pros talk about using Reta in the offseason, please post it. Searching Jay's IG is useless because he's done so many on Reta.
I was using Chronometer for a while. I liked it because all the macros & kcals were already in it for most foods and supplements like protein bars etc.
I haven't tried Hava yet but you can take pictures of your meals and user feedback seems fairly positive. It identifies the food, approximate...
I use Brave browser, their search engine, and a VPN.
I used to get love letters from my ISP about copyright infringement for downloading movies prior to the VPN. So it seems to work for that at least.
Why? I mean about Google. Their ad targeting is crazy so I'm not trying to search illegal...
Pretty sure oral BPC-157 is BPC-arginate. That's different from the regular injectable BPC-157. No idea if you can take regular BPC-157 orally for the gut benefits.
I think scar tissue might have a genetic component or something. I've been injecting quads only for years. It's just the most convenient for me. No signs of scar tissue anywhere. I use a TimTam massage gun pretty frequently so maybe that helps too.
Yeah, they're not quantitative. They can't tell you how much gear is in the vial, but they're supposed to be able to tell you if a particular compound is present or not.
Is it store credit or do they actually reimburse you? Because if the test is poor, the customer isn't going to want store credit. They'd prefer to be made whole for the gear and testing costs. Not store credit for more bunk gear.
Does this seem unreasonable, @kits4less ?
