Appreciate the feedback. Seems we're between a rock and a hard place. Occasionally we'll get people complain that they core the silicone stoppers because they're softer and people love drawing with 18g needles, so we decided to try out a stiffer rubber stopper instead. Can't please everyone! If it's of any consolation all of our vials are overfilled to more like 10.5mL, so you're not being shorted if you can't get the last drop.Rather small complaint but not a fan of the new dark grey rubber vial stoppers I got in last order vs the regular clear/opaque ones..
they don't "hold" a spike at all, they seem to leak ever so slightly when you have a syringe in it (probably due to the wobbling) and the interior shape makes for slightly more waste at the end of a vial, granted it's a small amount but with the other ones I could draw virtually everything out of the vial
