I would just like to say that Bio is a class act. Its one thing to have great T/A and all the other things that go with that. Bio is a whole level beyond taking care of customers. I had a severe fuck up on my end and Bio was very responsive and took care of the issue without complaint. I can say that I have the up most respect for Bio. Thank you again Bio
