Is this a reboot of DashPCT or ExpressPCT?
Our service is better than both: faster shipping times, cheaper payment fees (Lightning), better product pricing.

The former still exists, just not on SST and our OPSEC is significantly better than the latter.

I just placed my second order here. The first was domestic, arrived in three days, and the product was legit. The second is an international order from India, so hopefully that comes quickly as well. So far, I am very happy with the service they have provided.

Unfortunately, I was one of the customers affected by the sudden disappearance of Gym Pharmacy last month and I lost a few hundred dollars. I really hope PCT.zone continues to run smoothly; they seem to be a great source if so. 🤞

2nd order from pct.zone just arrived today. Took a little less than 3 weeks but that is reasonable considering it shipped during the holidays. All items were there and were packed well. Communication was great. I will definitely order from him again.

I had an item that was in tablet form and every tablet in every strip was in pieces. When exact dosaging is critical (in this case BP meds), guesstimating on what dosage you’re taking due to the condition of the tablets is unacceptable. According to PCT, it was my responsibility to provide the video evidence that the tablets were damaged in the packaging (even though I provided pics). $20 worth of BP meds isn’t a huge loss, but your solution to remedy the issue is pathetic.

Spend an extra few bucks and go with 24x7.

I am very sorry you are upset. We did not find the photograph satisfactory. The picture you provided was a photograph of some tablets split in half, sitting in a bowl, that is all. As the product is with you, the burden of proof also falls on you to provide evidence this was not you.

We provided a solution to establish trust, we believe the solution to be fair. The solution was to record opening some other strips showing the product was damaged in transit, however, you informed us you had already opened all of the strips. It is very difficult to establish trust when by your own claim you opened up all of the strips before we asked for a video. By opening all of the product you were in a position where you could provide no evidence. The product in that bowl may not even be the product, it could be vitamins, only the strip packaging could prove that.

The evidence only needs to be reasonable, a reasonable attempt to show that product is our product and you did not tamper with it. It is too easy for someone to take a picture of any tablets split in half in a bowl and claim our damaged product policy. It is very likely all other suppliers would handle the situation the exact same.

Again, I am very sorry. The solution is there, if you are able to provide a bit more evidence to rid reasonable doubt then we will gladly refund or reship the damaged product!

Keep in mind Ed, PCT failed to even ship a quarter of my order because of a glitch in your system. Please take the opportunity to review the discussions between myself and the rep. I was completely understanding, made no demands and even opted to have the money held onto for any future purchases.

The decision to basically say “it’s not our fault and you should have made a video to prove the product was damaged in the packaging and that it was not caused by you and your ignorance on how to open a blister pack” was your solution.

The correct solution would have been to just credit the $20 you already had from the order mistake. Instead, I will make sure people know that the burden of proof for any damaged items lies on them. Please make sure to have those cameras ready when you check your orders.

Since you didn’t like my bowl pic, I save some additional pics if anyone is interested. I’ve removed the dust and crumbs but if anyone can tell me which pieces equal 40mg, I’m open to suggestions.

It's common sense to take pictures of damaged pills in an unopened sleeve. You could be telling the truth here but appearances scream scam attempt.

Please enlighten me on how to take pictures of items in unopened aluminum blister packs.

And a scam attempt on $20 seems awfully petty on an order that was significantly more than $20.

Yeah, that would be the smallest scam in history. I was thinking that telmisartan came in the 1 side plastic blister pack like the metformin does but it doesn't. I checked mine and they are the aluminum ones.
Either way, you don't keep popping all the blister packs open and getting broken pieces without at least taking good pics or video of you opening those packs. At least it was a cheap lesson learned. And pct24x7.com would not reimburse you either under those same conditions....nobody would

Well, your wrong.

After having several discussions with Ed, Ed has resolved the issue when it was discovered there had been several miscommunications between myself and other participants in the my original communications with PCT.

Thank you Ed for standing by your products and thank you for taking the time to speak with me and gaining the understanding you needed to make the decision you did.

Ultimately, Ed handled this in a way you would want to be treated as a customer.

Just following up here to say I’ve followed up with orders since my one early in the thread.

First order was under two weeks with an average of around 14 days.

Good communication/prices and tracking.

The asin/BP meds works as expected on bloods/blood pressure. This place has been the right mix of cheap and reliable with a good range. If they can keep delivery times up this will be my go to.

Placed order and one item was completely missing from package. Emailed pctzone right away, got response within 12 hours, and it was reshipped within a day.

I was shocked the missing item got delivered 8 days after first emailing source about it. Appears either flew thru customs, or source paid for an express delivery for this missing product. Highly impressed with how he handled this issue, then the speed of it coming to my doorstep. Definitely got me as a customer for life.

I've got a little bone to pick with PCT zone. I ordered "humalog cartridge 100iu" on the site, but it says pack quantity 1x5 in the description, so I thought I was ordering 2 PACKS when I checked out with quantity 2. What I received was 2 individual 3ml @ 100iu cartridges (the kind that typically come in 5 pack boxes)... for $62 a piece. Y'all need to be more clear on what we are ordering in the description on the site. I'll assume the responsibility on this one, I'm not asking for anything, but I'm pretty perturbed.

Otherwise the pack was well packed, and very reasonable shipping time from India

EDIT: PCT zone made this right and sent the remainder of the packs I thought I was ordering. A+ service here folks

Sounds like false advertisement to me.

They should assume the responsibility, not you.

Thanks for backing me up on this. First time ordering insulin from India, I thought maybe I made the mistake by not knowing something that is common knowledge in this world
