I use Pygeum, Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Sunflower Lecithin, and Zinc. Keep hydrated and eat healthy and you'll be shooting ropes! Can't give advice on anything other than OTC to help with this! Definitely read into Pygeum.
