I use HCG to keep my balls working. The only downside as you mentioned is E2 being raised. The upsides such as, maintaining testicular function, and not depleting neuro steroids outweigh the high E2

Yes I did actually. Ordered on the 3rd, shipped on the 9th. Awaiting arrival Edit: order arrived 10/13. Emailed him on 10/4 regarding my order but have yet to receive a response. Quality of product is good but response time is lacking for my personal preference.
