Hey guys, currently have my estrogen perfect on 400mg test and .5mg adex 3x a week. im transitioning into a cruise dose of 150mg per week, so how would you guys advise I taper the apex? thanks in advance

Has anybody tried topical spiro? There are some people who swear it helped with shedding induced by tren and some saying that they don’t notice anything. Any anecdotals would be greatly appreciated.
